Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day defect guarantee. If you find any defects within this period, we will replace the product (subject to stock availability). Only the delivery charge will be applicable.

If the product is not suitable for you, you may request an exchange for a different one. In this case, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.
